Industry Dynamics
On May 23, 2013, Vietnam's department of Trade and Industry (Vietnamese Ministry of Industry and Trade, MoIT) recently according to the mandatory reporting and registration system to introduce a list contains 117 kinds of dangerous substances.
According to a document released in April, two times a year, every company must report to the department of trade and industry use of these substances and time respectively as of June 10 and December 31.
According to the file (Circular No 07/2013 / TT - BCT), the requirements of the report will take effect on January 1, 2014.
