Test of foam spray products

NormalTCI Nomo Testing provides testing and certification of polyurethane foam spray insulation and coating products.

NormalTCI is a testing laboratory that provides manufacturers with a one-stop solution for testing, certification, inspection, and follow-up services. Completing all required services by a single supplier can save significant time and money in the testing and certification process.

Our services include:

●Conduct tests in accordance with the requirements of ICC ES for AC 377 low-density, medium density, high-density, and roof SPF insulation materials;

●Testing required by building regulations:

●IBC, IRC, IFC, UBC.

●According to other tests provided by AC-377:

●ASTM C1363- Thermal Performance;

●ASTM E96- Steam retarders;

●ASTM E283- Airtight layer without exhaust pipe air conditioning attic assembly;

●NFPA 259- Latent Heat Content;

●NFPA 268- Ignition Performance;

●NFPA 286 Corner Burning Test (for attic or wall cases with SPF insulation material thickness greater than 4-foot);

●SwRI 99-02- Low Device Layer;

●Quality assessment of attic and low equipment floors - After June 1, 2009, all products used for attic and low equipment floors must undergo the "modified" NFPA286- Corner Burning Test (SPF still requires testing as described in SwRI 99-02 for use on low equipment floors);

● Physical tests in Table 1 of AC-377, such as ASTM C518 (thermal resistance/R-value), D1621, D1622, D1623, D2126, D2856, and E84/UL723 (flame propagation index and smoke concentration index);

●ASTM E108/UL790- Classification of Roofs.

●Attic and low equipment level;

● Pipes and water tanks;

●Cold storage facilities;

Air conditioned buildings.
